I have also created 3 successful blogs, and have appeared on KSL's Studio 5 several times offering tech advice. My talent is explaining technology in a way that everyone can understand. You won't be getting a standard "Geek" coming to fix your computer and help you understand technology, you will be getting someone you feel comfortable letting in your home, and someone who understands your needs as a mother.
My background is in the IT industry. I have been working with computers for 25 years, and have been doing it professionally for 10. I left the network consulting firm I used to work for when I had my first child. Not long after some friends of mine I used to work with started their own company and called me up to man their help desk. I've been working for them ever since. My favorite feeling is when I've worked super hard on a problem, and finally fix it! Moments of pure bliss like that are why I do what I do. I'm passionate about helping others utilize technology to get the most out of it, and to help them work and play better and faster!
